Illustrate is a native Apple-platform app operated by Avgeek, Inc.. It helps you experiment with AI-powered image generation using your own provider accounts and API keys.
This Privacy Policy applies to the app and related support channels. By using Illustrate, you agree to the handling of your information described here.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide or create
- AI provider API keys: keys you enter to connect to third-party image generation providers. They are stored locally on your device and may sync through iCloud Keychain.
- Prompts and generation settings: prompts, model selections, and other parameters you choose while generating images.
- Generated images and metadata: the images you create and related metadata such as timestamps, models, and cost estimates.
- App preferences: provider configuration, local settings, and display choices.
- Support communications: information you send us if you contact support.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device details: device model and operating system version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Crash diagnostics: crash and diagnostics data provided through Apple's standard platform reporting if you opt in at the device level.
Illustrate does not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs, or browsing trackers.
1.3 Third-party services you connect
- AI provider requests are sent directly from your device to the provider you configure using your own API key.
- Apple App Store may provide purchase or receipt verification details as part of distribution and billing.
- If iCloud is enabled, your prompts, images, and settings may sync across your Apple devices via your personal iCloud account.

- Apple for App Store billing, receipt validation, diagnostics, and optional iCloud sync.
- The AI providers you choose to connect, because prompts and generation requests are sent directly from your device to those providers.
We do not proxy your API calls, do not run our own analytics platform for Illustrate, and do not sell personal information.

- We may disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or government requests.
- We may disclose information to protect rights, security, safety, or investigate fraud or abuse.

- Provider credentials are not intentionally collected or stored on our own servers.

- API keys remain stored locally until you remove them or delete the app.
- Generated images, prompts, and settings remain on your device or in iCloud until you delete them.
