These Terms govern your use of Illustrate and your responsibility for the provider accounts, prompts, and generated images you create with the app.

Acceptance and Eligibility
By downloading or using Illustrate, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the app.
1. Your Data and AI Provider Credentials
1.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts, settings, and images you create using Illustrate. We do not claim ownership over the outputs you generate.
1.2 API keys and third-party providers
- You may connect your own third-party AI provider API keys.
- Those keys are stored locally on your device and may sync via your iCloud account if you enable that feature.
- You are responsible for securing your API keys and for all usage, billing, and content policies tied to the provider accounts you use.
- Your relationship with each AI provider is separate from your relationship with us.
1.3 Local storage and sync
Your prompts, generated images, and settings are primarily stored locally and may be synced through Apple services that you enable. You are responsible for backing up and managing that data.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the app only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the AI providers you connect.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or related systems.
- Do not use the app to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or platform rules.
- Do not use the app in a way that abuses provider infrastructure, bypasses restrictions, or supports fraud or harm.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to scrape or data mine
- Resell or redistribute the App or its content
3. Purchases and Refunds
Illustrate is sold through the Apple App Store. Billing, payment processing, and most refund execution are handled by Apple.
Refund questions are governed by our Refund Policy and any applicable Apple policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The app itself, including its software, branding, interface, and non-user content, is owned by Avgeek, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every generation will meet your expectations.
- We are not responsible for outages, billing disputes, or policy decisions made by third-party AI providers or Apple.
- Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app or $100, except where law does not permit that limitation.
6. Suspension, Termination, and Changes
We may suspend or discontinue the app, or limit access, if required by law, to protect the service, or if you materially violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
